Scottish VI at AgriScot

Members of the Scottish VI Team will be exhibiting at AgriScot 2024, "The Farm Business Event"

  • Agriscot

Held at The Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh (Weds 13 November 2024) AgriScot is considered to be "The UK's No. 1 Farm Business Event".

Members of the Scottish VI group will be on hand to offer advice on best practice use of plant protection products through the implementation of an integrated pest management (IPM)-based approach to sustainable farming.

As at previous shows, the VI will share a stand with Farming and Water Scotland.  Farming and Water Scotland, a joint initiative between SEPA, SAC Consulting and NFUS, helps farmers and land managers keep on the right side of the diffuse pollution regulations, reduce diffuse pollution risks and benefit the farm business.

VI Scottish Chair Amy Geddes encouraged all those in the Scottish Agricultural Industry to attend.  "Once again the weather across much of Scotland has been challenging this year, but there are some really practical and useful tips and solutions to support farmers and growers from both the VI and Farming & Water Scotland, and I look forward to meeting some of you for a chat on our stand at AgriScot."
