Catchment Sensitive Farming
Catchment Sensitive Farming (CSF) is an English programme of supportive measures such as farm advice, training and capital grants targeted at priority catchments to help reduce soil erosion and nutrient and pesticide losses to water.
The VI works close with Catchment Sensitive Farming in a number of key catchments as our aims and objectives are complimentary.
In a number of CSF priority areas the VI runs a Catchment Support Service.
